Automatic reception and storage of your documents

Simplify your document management by connecting your service providers (telephony, energy, taxes companies) and automatically receive your files in your secure digital vault. Keep all your important documents up to date and safe.

Storage in your secure digital vault

In addition to automatic reception, you can manually add all your personal documents to your Digiposte digital vault. This ensures that you always have all your important documents at hand. You can upload them from any device:

• Scan your documents directly from the app using the integrated scanner.
• Send documents by email to your Digiposte vault.
• Add them from any other device or directly from your smartphone's gallery.

Preparing your files for administrative procedures

Select the administrative procedure you wish to prepare (e.g., identity card or passport renewal) and Digiposte will automatically gather all the necessary documents you already have in your vault in a dedicated file. You can easily complete the file by adding any other necessary documents.

Secure document sharing

Need to send a document to a relative or a loan file to your bank? You can securely share your documents using a protected link. You can also add an extra layer of security by using a PIN code to access the documents, and you can set the link to expire after a selected period.

Payment and subscription management

The payment for Digiposte is completed through your Google account. Your subscription will automatically renew unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before the end of the commitment period. If you use the free trial version, your Google account will be charged once the trial period has expired. To manage your subscription, simply go to the settings of your Google account.
